Refund policy and cancelled orders

All orders are eligible for cancellation up to 72 hours of purchase. After this period all stock from orders will have been purchased and your items began making. 

 

All items are eligible for return and refund within the 14 day time period from receiving your order. Items must be returned in clean, original packing and have no damages or stains on the fabrics and have not have been worn only tried on. 

I do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. 

The customer is responsible for return postage. I always recommend tracked as I can not be held liable for anything lost in the mail.
