How long will my order take to ship?
Current processing time is regularly updated on the banner at the top of the homepage. Excludes weekends and bank holidays. Orders may ship sooner than this, but will not exceed turnover unless there are unforeseen circumstances.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UK standard shipping now comes with tracking and should arrive 48 hours after dispatch
UK special delivery is next working day before 1pm
European standard orders around 14 working days
European tracked orders 3-7 working days
International standard orders up to 4 working weeks
International tracked orders 7-10 days
What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
if your order doesn’t arrive within one week after your dispatch email and you live in the UK or one month for overseas customers then please contact me via email
